We do not require any information from you that is not usable under the General Equal Treatment Act. We do not request information on illnesses, pregnancy, ethnic origin, political views, philosophical or religious beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health or sex life. The same applies to content that is likely to infringe the rights of third parties (e.g. copyrights, personal rights or general rights of third parties).
2. Collection, processing, use and disclosure of your data
Personal data will only be collected, stored, processed and used for purposes related to your interest in current or future employment with us, the processing of your application and the establishment of contact. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
If your application is successful, the data provided may be used for administrative matters relating to employment.
Your application will only be processed and acknowledged by the relevant contact persons at our company. All employees entrusted with data processing are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data. Data processing takes place exclusively in Germany.
3. retention
If we are unable to offer you employment, we will retain the data you have submitted for up to six months after a rejection decision for the purpose of answering questions in connection with your application and rejection.
4. data security
We attach great importance to the greatest possible security of our system and use modern data storage and security technologies to protect your data in the best possible way. This includes measures such as anti-virus software and a firewall. It goes without saying that our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. We would like to point out that e-mail transmissions are not encrypted. If an encrypted transmission of the e-mail or the attachments is desired, please contact us and coordinate with us.
5. deletion of data, revocation of consent
You have the right at any time to request more detailed information about the data stored about you, to view this data and to request that inaccurate data about you be corrected or that the stored data be completely or partially deleted.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The relevant data will then be deleted immediately. In this case, please send your revocation, stating your full name and e-mail address, to datenschutz(at)stepone-hamburg.de. In the cases provided for by law, the data may be blocked instead of deleted. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
